My first good game with the new patch, you can see how panzershreks are now extremely powerful. I don't think allies are OP at all, this new patch and the new armor doctrine are a lot of fun.

Nice replay. I like this map.

Am i the only one that noticed that Golradaer was losing VP points at the end despite having equal or more VPs in his control?

I've played this map three times now, and it's really growing on me; seems to be very balanced and similar to angoville in a way, only with a bridge and river. You can't really just focus on one side, and it's very hard to completely lock down one side as well, making it very back and forth, mobility is key.

Looks like a fun map. I didn't notice VP's dropping incorrectly.
Btw, those VP's drop quickly when there's four of them.

Overview
This was a game on a map new to both players, and both were experiencing with the new map. Volksgrenadiers wired anxiously, calliopes sent barrages anywhere and panzerschrecks flew in great amounts. It also showed that when you go for the calliope part of the armor tree, it's not a big problem to get pershings as well. The raid ability was put to great use but became a liability against cloaked stormtroopers shredding light vehicles.
The new (and improved?) armor company fought it out against blitzkrieg and both players used their doctrine really well.

Golradaer
You played a very good game, constantly moving your units and cutting your enemy's fuel off and bleeding VPs. You avoided the machine gun stationed just outside your base and the good amount of wire to still be a contender in the rest of the map.

What this player can improve upon:
  • It's a small point, but you positioned an AT gun in a clear route from outside his base, without anything scouting in front of it. You had a few idle rifles nearby that could have easily "escorted" the AT gun so it wouldn't get caught by surprise.
  • You sent your calliope into the middle of his tanks instead of retreating it when you attacked his base. It has no fighting capabilities anymore. It looked as if you wanted to go out of his base the other way, but you stopped halfway there.

rawr1
You cut off a strat point quite early, only to give it away when he came at you with a quad halftrack. This did result in a lack of capping power, with your enemy's riflemen capturing everywhere where your one machine gun and your 2 volksgrenadiers were not. This resulted in little ammo and fuel, but you still did a good job, using Stormtroopers very well and not letting your tanks die easily.
When it seemed you had lost you managed to use your units very well, also with an off-map tiger coming. All the while though your victory points ticked down and you always valued other points over the victory points. In the end this just meant that the score was 500-0.

What this player can improve upon:
  • You missed a couple of retreats, putting you back in manpower.
  • When you had the machine gun in the house and wired, you kept your volksgrenadiers near it, both squads. This let Golradaer's men spread out and capture all your points on that side. If you had just sent out both of your volksgrenadier squads to dispatch with them 2 on 1, you would have had a lot better fuel income.
  • You were very slow in capturing victory points and i don't think you ever ventured near the southeast ones, making this an easy win for Golradaer in the end.

That game was crazy.
The VPs were indeed bugged as stated haha.
I've never seen that before.
But wow, the amount of tanks lost in that game, wow!
lol that was cool

Actually, i believe the new patch means that The Blue VP Ticker is in fact that of the replay's owner. So if you send a replay in, then you will always be the blue ticker, the enemy is always red.
