Public allegations of hacking/cheating are not permitted and is strictly against the site rules.

Furthermore, this is from Relic Entertainment itself:

If you decide to report a certain player at [email protected] then please obtain that specific players Steam ID right after you witnessed his or her violation of the game rules and include it in your violation report. You can find out the SteamID using the Steam WebApp that can be found here: http://steamcommunity.com The reason for this is the fact that every player can change his ingame name which makes it hard for us to track down the accused player even after his or her misconduct has been proven via replay or screenshot. We therefore need the SteamID to ensure that every player who provably violated the game rules can get penalized by us.
