I don't want to take anything away from Reborn's victory, and I really didn't have a good chance to look at the game (had to watch the video) but that was a very sloppy game. The allied players had some very messy micro and made some stupid choices. Late CCS with rax start from the American player? Rushing in the first M8? Poor Lt. micro and uncoordinated advances from both players on the allied team was a joke. Don't even get me started on how everything was out of cover most of the time.
On the axis side, good job winning with 2x PE on north wolf. Never easy. However the tier orders you used really didn't make your victory any easier. I've said it before and I'll say it again, T1-T3 and T2-T4 is not the most efficient use of manpower, especially true on low fuel maps like wolf.
Again, I am not trying to take away from Reborn's excellent teamwork and communication. But they won because the Allied team played like a level 11 AT team.
I am not saying it doesn't work. Nobody ever said you had to use some set build order or whatever. You could use any strat you want and I am merely giving an opinion.
