And I am pretty sure in any game you can find suspicious moments. What about the moment you are talking about? Why would I send pio to cap without sweeper? Basic game mechanics.

But in fact, for the first five minutes you were capping VPs and resource points WITHOUT a minesweeper. You pre-emptively got a minesweeper just in time AFTER then enemy placed unrevealed mines AND BEFORE you suffered any casualties from triggering one. Yes, this is suspicious. Compounded by the fortuitous diversion of the pio without a minesweeper away from the left VP that he was closest to.
EDIT: Anticipating a possible response, you had a balance of 50+ ammo starting at the 3:18 mark AND had pios in connected territory. But you didn't upgrade any to a minesweeper for nearly three minutes. Nor did you immediately use the ammo for anything else. You accumulated a balance of 102 ammo until you issued an order at 4:54 to plant a mine. Clearly getting a minesweeper ASAP as part of "basic game mechanics" wasn't a priority.

Hmm, I don't remember this game as I already said. But I will try to explain the logic. When there are intense micro management going on you can send squads to cap. So this pio was one this squads. Then you can also think that it is better to upgrade sweeper and send it there.
Not sure why such simple moment from a game between 2 noobs is triggering you so much. Like there are so much bs happens when people don't know how to play game properly. And your accusation reminds me how some people start blaming when you go to the most obvious spots where mines usually being placed.

Pio was retreated from middle off the map when riflemans were pushing then in base I got sweeper and send it to cap VP point. Bulatcr, I made a contemporaneous analysis of that replay and what I found suspect in your actions. You offered no explanation for these questionable actions and instead attacked me for analyzing the replay. Most disturbing was diverting your pio (no minesweeper) that was halfway to the left VP for low priority duties in the middle of the map. Meanwhile you upgraded a pio at your HQ with minesweeper and sent that one instead to cap the VP that was mined. Mines which you had no legitimate knowledge of. Very odd choice to make when you are bleeding VPs. It doesn't prove anything but it is a fair observation.
For those wanting to review Bulat's replay, the pioneers halfway to the left VP plant a mine on the road at the 6:00 mark before moving to the middle. The pioneers back at the HQ are upgraded with a minesweeper at 6:05 and then proceed to defuse the mine in front of the left VP.
