When the map was fairly evenly split - they had one more low fuel and a high munitions instead of a low munitions - 2x US would have +7 pop cap each. They had +41 each.
When they were down to 2 low fuels and 2 high munitions, you had 5 low fuels 1 high munitions 1 low munitions and 2 strat points - they still had +23 pop cap!
That's +16 just from being Brits and +18 from RSE. Still not worth it though, 25 Pounders are so much weaker without RCA.
