I have reviewed the replay and these are my findings

9:54 shoots arty on VP (units already visible? unknown)
10:30 wants to attack with units, 2 AC's are in the Fog of War. Seems like he doesn't see them, as he is moving back when the AC's are out the FoW.
15:30 Doens't hit anything with arty barrage. While there are multiple places were he would have hit alot of units.
16:00 Arty again doesn't hit anything.
17:20 First time he hit few units, still bad arty.
18:40 Shoots with his arty on the advancing tank (not in the FoW), if he would had maphacked would have shooted at grouped units, which were reparing the tanks near crafted HQ
19:50 Arty doens't hit anything at all again.
21:15 He doens't seem to notice that the point was booby trapped. Hears the sound retreats the unit.
23:20 Shoots at cloaked sniper, either knowing sniper there or just aimed for that position without being aware of any units. (if he realy maphacked, why shooting on a moving sniper? Why not shoot at the grouped units like 20 meters behind it?)
35:00 Now finally starts to arty units which are, as enemy think, in the FoW. However, TheChip has a sniper in enemy territory, revealing enemy units.
Arty before that was realy bad. Didn't hit anything. Just blind shots in random places, now arty actualy hits units.
37:44 Notice to late point is booby trapped. Unit gets hurt, he retreats. (with maphack boobytrapped points is visible)

I don't think maphack is being used in this game

TheChip said ingame - "He just old me hes not maphacking right now.". How Ironic it might be, I think he actualy spoke the truth. Have seen other replays with HiroHito, where his arty litterly allways hit units in the FoW, even on units which were never revealed before.
