Yes most good players say that Brit is weaker than Wehr in 1v1 but wins against PE in 1v1.

I remember back when all the Wehr fanboys were whining about Stags countering their Gren blobs, Sepha said that Wehr are OP vs Brits whether Brits use Stags or not! Wehr are OP without doubt but on this map they are insanely easy vs Brits. I think PE vs Brits is fairly balanced but throw in the usual ket pushing and PE have the slight advantage.
