Streamsniping is sad, very sad. But you can always set a delay of around 2 or 3 mins, if he is in fact streamsniping he will have to process information twice and will most likely lose focus on the actual game.
I dont think pipo was MH since there was no hard counter to m10 in this replay. And since pipo produced 2 mortar halftracks, not one of them was shooting at AT guns in fog of war.
