Well.. i have recently faced this guy three times. Score 2-1 in his favour for now. Our first game i won pretty quicky on sturdz with fast bars and well executed flanks. In every game he tends to go for a huge t1 (3 or more pios) with double snips. I've seen him run over my mines inocently (may be cuz of poor micro if he maphacks indeed, or simply cuz he didn't know). Anyway, i agree that his playstile is very strange to say the least.
as soon as the alies starts TD, he starts t2, not before!
He was literally waiting for enough manpower to build T2, as soon as he had that he started it.
All your examples reek of confirmation bias.
@14:00 he moves his mg from his HQ as soon as they are start to move
Except that he had to retreat the MG due to artillery, moved it to the battlefield BEFORE the rifle and engie started moving.
He could just see the force moving due to the flags he owned...
