How would this opening work out if the brit actually got some fuel and opened with Tommy,Tommy,Lt > T2 > Cpt, Stewart, Stewart, Stewart?
Well, you can just field 3 ATHTs and take AT grenades. I wanted to try this opening against a US player, not a brit one, I didn't really think about it versus brits.
Versus a US player opening with riflemen, I find this opening safer and more flexible than T2/T3, where you're forced to field expensive and fragile vehicles early.
You will have veterancy on your PGs early, with defensive vet it gives you a solid backbone, you have direct access to scout cars if he brings snipers, and you can take incendiary grenades to deal with MGs. ATHT + AT grenades is really good AT, especially with veteran sergeant and defensive vet, and do not reduce your anti-infantry capabilities (ATHT actually increases it). Not talking about early vampires, ammo half-tracks and increase squad size, all of this can give you a much better map control, and the fuel to tech and get vehicles later on.
On the other hand, with T2/T3 you're on the edge with costy half-tracks or 222s, which can be silenced by AT guns and easily destroyed by bars or stickies, while your weak infantry is constantly repairing them. I think T2/T3 is better against brits.

I've seen Pepsi go for fast Vet Sgt vs USA and i thought it was pretty interesting, def a more viable strat against USA. When playing PE vs Brit, your early resources are so important, any misstep and you can find yourself without the fuel or munition needed to make a counter.
Triple ATHC vs 3 stewart doesnt sound too unreasonable, but between snairs, maybe a G43, and some tank nades, you could easily find yourself cutoff with no munitions to counter the vehicles.

Yes, that is exactly what happened to me yesterday, versus a US player with WSC opening, I threw a couple incendiary grenades at his MGs, and despite having killed his 2 first M8s with ATHT and AT grens, he managed to cut me off and I got no ammo left to deal with his M10. I think it's only viable versus a US player opening with barracks, I just uploaded a replay where I successfully deal with early M8s with this strat.
