Not trying to defend Roman her but I see Pio spam as an exploit. Spamming a cheap unit at the start of the game to get a huge advantage can't be an intended game mechanic. Don't get me wrong, I've used it myself plenty of times but it's a cheap and easy way to get a win. I've now gone back to T1 start and haven't lost a game vs Brits yet. It really doesn't take much to play a fair game and get a earned win.
I think bad brit desing is to blame here, cause you never see this kind of tactics in wehr vs usa matchup simply because it is not possible to win that way, agian because they are designed in a good way compared to the brits. I mean of course I'm gonna build 6 caping units when brits are so slow.
