ShakeNBake Slam Rook - Standard build at the start, keep it chilled, stay in exp range for as long as possible without dying, then when you hit lvl 10, guaranteed 2k nuke on multiple enemies, go for domination.
Fun to watch. Yes, Level 10 (and Level 7) Slam really take players by surprise. You have some great stun+slam combos in here. Their Sedna was unfortunately quite weak - their tower-Rook does very well in the early game but starts to lose effectiveness just when your Rook starts to emerge as a real power. Do you pretty much have to health stack with a Slam-Rook build? Seems like it helps a lot.
I do agree that one rank of towers, even if it's not until late game when the kills start to rack up, gives a unique enough utility to be worth the point.
