We had a bit of a debate about if goo needs a buff for small protean or not cause many goo players have trouble countering 1 ref 2 fac 1 hangar into stratus and sell hangar commando all in. this is last one of our games testing.
Apparently goo can counter this but needs to be careful with how to place moms and how to use them.
