**Invitation to Mid-Year Tournament for Ladder Wars Players!**
Dear Kane's Wrath Players,
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Mid-Year Tournament for our dedicated Ladder Wars competitors. This event will provide a stage for top-ranking players to showcase their prowess and compete for greatness.
**Tournament Details**
This event is open to players who have earned points on the leaderboard. Your hard earned points will determine your seeding into the tournament, ensuring a fair and competitive environment.
**Prize Pool and Dates**
While the prize pool is yet to be confirmed, sign-ups for the Mid-Year Tournament will be open from January 7th to January 13th. The tournament schedule is as follows:
- Sign-ups open: January 7th - January 12th.
- Group stage: January 13th 12:00PM GMT - January 14th 12:00PM GMT.
- Knockout stage: January 20th 12:00PM GMT - January 21st 12:00PM GMT.
**Tournament Structure**
Weekend 1 will feature a group stage with sixteen players drawn into groups of four. The double round-robin best-of-3 format will challenge players to their limits. The starting maps will be chosen by the highest seed for the first set of games and by the lowest seed for the second set.
Weekend 2 will witness the top two players from each group advancing to a double-elimination bracket. All matches will be best of 5, culminating in an intense best-of-7 Grand Final. The player with the highest seed will have the honor of selecting the starting map.
**Important Tournament Rules**
To ensure fairness and the integrity of the tournament, adherence to these rules is crucial:
- Upload all replays from the previous round before starting the next one.
- Access the tournament through C&C:Online and make sure you have a registered Revora ID.
- Punctuality is essential. Be on time for your matches as reminders will not be provided.
- Accommodate referees or commentators in your game to avoid disqualification.
- The tournament is expected to be completed within 4-6 hours, so clear your schedule accordingly.
