Scouting more would help, the scout at the start was successfull, scoutiing all the time (easy and cheap with buggies) will help you better decide what to spend your money on. even tho you missed your opponent building orcas he didnt use them very well !
If you find your self spamming and you have not scouted your opponents base, your opponent can then switch to other unit types that you dont have counters for, or he can attack your base at points that are not as well defended.
Allso laser turrets are not good at all for defence against tanks, best to build obalisks, more tanks or more rocket men.
Otherwise you used a very good build order and very good teamwork with barranov and had a good solid defence against what came at you...
