1.02+ is basically just a fuck ton of bug fixes with the most recent version, R12, implementing some slight gameplay changes such as nerfed 1 clicks and reduced movement speed of some units. You can download it off the main page.
A lot of bug fixes with some minor balance tweaks, made by CGF.
Shadow teams have a 5 second delay while spawning now - but don't bug out anymore when killing infantry. T59 speed desints take extra gun dmg. Gunwalkers do bonus damage vs cultists. Reckoner is slightly slower. Tiberium missile kills ref but leaves harv in red. Tib vein does less dmg and costs 3500 instead of 4000 (kills units like bikes/pitbulls/scorps - but leaves dozer scorps in red for example). Zocom/ST eco got fixed. ST got t3 emp grenade upgrade (some wanted that vs hexalame). Zocom predator xp bug fixed, so both those factions are a lot more viable now.
