Riot gifted us a nice little tool called the 'Dev Tracker'. It lists all the posts made by any Rioter! The most important part will be the North American site (what did you expect!), you will see the most Riot action there. What do Rioters say? Well, they post in off topic threads, FAQ, technical problems and all the like. But that's not the focus, the most important things are the PBE updates, future designs and overall game development!
