You're going to have to rematch. There's no way from that that either player was going to clearly win.
Marko, it doesn't really matter that you saw the victory sign in a desync, because a desync is a bug, so the victory sign is bugged.
Practice had plenty of base, and you had an army. We're ruling that neither player obviously won from that (pretty obvious since it was a desync) so a rematch must be played.
Ive pmed him. Its 10oclock in the evening here atm. Im on for two more hours after that im out. Personally i think HE should be disqualified because he basically dodged me even when Netput told him to re me just as a precaution even IF this happend. Netput can vouch for this aswell.
