iaguz vs Teejing, freakin' hardcore!

This game starts off with the usual dog/bear micro, and a really neat build from Teejing. It's a very risky strategy if you screw it up, but very effective when it works!

This game probably illustrates the importance of timing. I timed my T2 attack right after I spot his expansions, and if I can do significant damage to him, then his economic advantage is squandered.

A few things to note:

1) Peacekeepers do surprising damage to Hammers. Very surprising amounts!
2) Watch the allied MCV.
3) Terror Drone bug, very annoying, makes them basically useless shits.
4) Exciting game all round.

Enjoy

Ok game, the one good moment was when he saved his mcv. Otherwise it was sorta a campy game =/

Pretty good game, I would say what lost him the game in the end is he got a little too excited on the expansions, which allowed you to make that initial push.

I could say: good game, but it wasn't,
I could say: you're good, but you're not,
I could say: you're microing nice, but do don't,
I could say: you won, but Teejing should feels like he won.

Everything you could do in this replay is KEEP SPAMMING HAMMER TANKS! Tank spam do not requires micro! You just given move order into your opponent's base, sit back and watch "what will happen now?"!

No GG WP No wub this time, learn how to play and then we can think you're good.

Ok, I've calmed down ^^

Now:
Instead of spamming Hammers, you should built up an airport (or airfield) and trained 3 or 4 twinblades. With 15 hammers (I didn't count it at all), 2 bullfrogs and 3 twinblades you could win that game twice fast as you did.

So that's all smile.gif Hope you won't get angry reading this.

Hmm, thanks for the criticism. Mind you though, I'm not a very big fan of twinblades, as they are made of a papery thing substance and tend to explode violently at the drop of a pin. Add to that a steep 1200 cost and a 1000 ref requirement and they leave a fair bit to be desired.

what I really disliked was seeing teejing spending so much money on naval units when he had no tanks in his base or infantry while he clearly knew that iaguz had at least 8 hammers in the middle sad.gif

But it's not changing the fact that in good hands Twinblades are extremely dangerous wink.gif

Twinblade requires Airport, Airport requires Über Reactor, Über Reactor requires Ore Ref, and freakin' Ore Ref req. pp smile.gif But you had all of this structures (but not Airport) so 1k$ for air, and 3600$ for 3 Tblades, instead of 6 Hammers that costs 6k$ wink.gif

Agree, going navy when facing Soviets it's veeery baad idea when playing Allies, because their AsDestroyers, even mass dolphin are no match for Soviet Akulas :]

Btw: Why I can't preview my posts? When I pressing PREVIEW I submitting it xD
