The only thing I could think of is charging one spike with a flak trooper or two, and a bear. Still risky.. and if they don't use that BO, your screwed.

It's counterable but only if you focus on 1 oil. Apollo didn't even try to cap an oil because he thinks it's uncounterable?

I didn't expect it and I havent played Soviets in the beta before... My off race but not taking any credit anyway, outplayed me for sure!!

You forgot about your poor harv there. I think after you put it in armored mode it just blended too well with the refinery and you forgot about it, that was a lot of lost income sad.gif

i think the best counter to this emp strat is to engi rush.... bullfrog from warf or fast airfield ...as soviet

and as gdi... IFV/riptide

the investment is so high that if you go fast warf instead of double ref for sure the empire player doesnt have the units out already to counter it...
