I think the main mistake was to let the allies go out on the water. If Dimon hadn't sacked his two akulas into the crane, he could have stopped the naval yard right away.

May be, but this game it's like chess, one move it's not always a victory or loss. But sometimes it means exactly this ;-) Anyway, it was a cool game. I don't like game when only tier 1 (example peacekeepers vs conscripts) and game over in 2 minutes, i like when use all units, and game go on long time.
