This replay is acctually just broken for me xD it wont load, i thought maybe my 1.12.5 for pp is screwed or something but i watch other replays 1.12.5 on pp with no problem, so i don't know

The replay is corrupt and requires fixing. Use ViperMKVII's new RA3 executable, and it will fix the replay automatically for you when you attempt to load the replay.
