Not to mention a single Apollo can basically take on a pair of Migs anyway if it has the Aircraft upgrade.

The best counter to vindis is a combination of bullfrogs, flak troopers and prayer.

I've seen some Soivet anti-air BOs and I must say one of them is pretty effective. If a player goes for fast air as Allies he will definitely lose to that BO.
