tis a neat build, yeah. Definitely unexpected. I think a better counter to it would be a war fac build, as it wouldn't have much to say against a good Hammer push.
Well, Terror Drones can Stun Ray the Riptides and Flak Troopers slightly outrange them, which can be useful. Like I said, I hadn't practiced against that build often enough to quickly realise that. More practice required I guess.
