    • capture bonus altered to 25% / 44% / 58% (from 25% / 50%), rewarding capture of a third Signal Fire.

    • exit delay reduced to .01s (from .3s);
    • Men Inns (Dunedain Rangers):
      • cost increased to 300 (from 250);
      • build time increased to 60s (from 30s);
      • horde size now 12 (from 10), matching Ithilien Rangers;
      • upgraded damage decreased to 90/30 (100/50), matching Ithilien Rangers' stronger 2.02 attack.
    • Elves Inns (Hobbits):
      • cost increased to 100 (from 50);
      • build time increased to 45s (from 20s);
      • no longer have a max level of five even since they cannot level up.
    • Dwarves Inn unit now Hobbits (from Men of Dale): cost 100, build time 45s.
    • Isengard Inns (Wildmen):
      • build time increased to 30s (from 20s);
      • horde positions improved;
      • now have access to Torches, Heavy Armor and Banner Carrier upgrades;
      • now have correct banner carrier upon reaching level 2;
      • now regenerate correctly upon reaching level 2;
      • experience and level bonuses now match those of standard Wildmen.
    • Mordor Inn unit still Corsairs - they match Haradrim Palace Corsairs in stats.
    • Inn Corsairs (Goblins) build time increased to 45s (from 25s).
    • Angmar Inn unit now Angmar Hillmen (from Wildmen): cost 300, build time 60s, contain a Thrall Master and are otherwise equivalent to Wildmen.

  • Shipwrights now slowly heal nearby friendly ships.
