  • Now classed as "tier four" heroes with regards to buildtime/respawn time/buildcost/experience awards/experience requirements/command point requirements.
  • Base cost increased to 800 (from 500).
  • Initial bounty value now 300 (from 150).
  • All base damages increased to 150 (from 120 Olog-hai or 35 mounted or 80 bow; already 150 for other attacks).
  • Corrupted Man Toggle Weapon level two bow damage increased to 300 (from 120).
  • Base vision decreased to 100 (from 150).
  • Autoheal healing delay reduced to 1s (from .5s).

  • Except for Olog Hai, melee preattack delay reduced to 600 (from 800), delaybetweenshots reduced to 500 (from 1400), firing duration reduced to 900 (from 1200);
  • Bow min reloadtime reduced to 1200 (from 1500), max reloadtime reduced to 1600 (from 2000);
  • attack rate exploits removed;
  • standard melee CaH attackspeed improved to 1.5s (from 2.1s);
  • Olog-Hai attackspeed improved to 2s (from 3.4s);
  • slash Resistance reduced to 80% (from 50%, or 60% for Wizards and Elves);
  • Pierce Resistance increased to 40% (from 50%, remains 40% for Elves and Dwarves);
  • Specialist resistance reduced to 60% (from 50%).
  • Crush resistance reduced to 50% (from 10%).
  • Magic Resistance increased to 100% (from 200%, or 150% for Wizards, or 120% for Dwarves, or 180% for Corrupted Men).
  • Poison Resistance increased to 100% (from 150%, or 120% for Servants of Sauron and Olog Hai).
  • Hero of the West now has new mounted armorset, no longer uses dismounted armorset while mounted.
  • Mounted speed increased to 100 (from 90).
  • Elven hero bow firing animation fixed.


Powers

  • "Glitch" heroes can no longer use their "glitch" powers in-game.
  • Cost of all powers completely overhauled. Notably, higher level powers are now far less expensive.

  • Arrow Specialization:
    • bonus damage reduced to 20/level (from 25/level);
    • projectile now a flaming arrow on level two, a silverthorn arrow on level three, and a golden arrow on level four.

    • damage reduced to 500/1000/2000/3000 (from 2000/4000/7000/10000);
    • no longer can target Fellbeasts.

    • damage doubled in radius 0 again targeted hero, infantry, or monster; this damage has a 150% scalar vs. heroes;
    • recharge time reduced to 45s (from 110s/100s/90s).

  • Battle Rage:
    • fixed mistake in attribute modifiers which gave a higher armor bonus at level 1 than levels 2, 3, and 4 (essentially being reversed);
    • no longer affects overlapping units;
    • recharge time reduced to 120s (from 180s).
