  • Knights of Dol Amroth:
    • cost decreased to 1200;
    • CP requirement reduced to 90 (from 100);

    • can no longer be trampled by enemy cavalry;
    • crush damage reduced to 200 (from 250);
    • crush deceleration decreased to 20% (from 30%);
    • pierce resistance increased to 25% (from 35%);
    • structural resistance increased to 65% (from 80%);
    • no longer trample trees or other inappropriate objects;
    • Inspiration tooltip now correctly indicates that it affects only Gondor Knights and Rohirrim (not all cavalry).

      • when Disguised, cannot be targeted by abilities that affect only single heroes (Cripple Strike, Corrode Allegiance).
    • Smite:
      • now deals hero damage (was magic damage);
      • now properly has a 400% scalar vs. Fellbeasts (bugfix);
      • additionally, now has a 400% damage scalar vs. dismounted Nazgul units.
    • Shield Maiden:
      • now available at level 4 (from level 5);
      • duration increased to 45s (from 30s);
      • no longer affects overlapped units.

    • bow minimum reload time decreased to 1200 (from 1500);
    • bow maximum reload time decreased to 1600 (from 2000);

    • Wounding Arrow:
      • damage increased to 600 (from 300);
      • recharge time increased to 60s (from 30s);
      • now deals hero ranged damage (was hero damage) and is therefore ineffective against all machine-like siege weapons;
      • scalar vs. Fellbeasts and Eagles now works correctly (bugfix), was reduced to 150% (was 300%) and now also affects Drogoth;
      • now deals 150% damage to cave trolls and attack trolls (not just mountain trolls and drummer trolls).
    • Captain of Gondor:
      • recharge now 2m30s (from 3m);
      • radius cursor corrected to 150 (the actual radius of the power), from 100;
      • experience award increased to 80 (from 50);

    • removed splash damage from standard attack (splash damage remains when Blade Master is active).
    • now undergoes two skin changes at level 4 and level 6;
    • Blade Master:
      • damage now dealt in accordance with sword animation (half of damage on each hit);
      • now has a 70% damage scalar vs. structures.
    • Elendil recharge time increased to 120s (from 60s).
    • Oathbreakers:
      • recharge time increased to 300s (from 180s);
      • lifetime reduced to 30s (from 45s).

    • cost increased to 4000 (from 3000);
    • melee damage increased to 300 (from 100);
    • mounted speed increased to 120 (from 80);
    • Gandalf uses new resilient hero armor when mounted (rather than standard hero armor). Altered values are resilient hero armor (standard hero armor): slash 25% (40%), pierce 15% (20%), specialist 60% (30%), crush 10% (50%), flame/frost 30% (25%), magic 40% (35%), hero/hero_ranged 50% (75%), 50% flanked penalty (0%);
    • mounted speed reduced to 110 (from 120);
    • mounted min crush velocity 65% (from 50%);
    • mounted aim direction improved to make attack more realistic;
    • artistically proper BFME II hero icon restored;
    • upon becoming White, now gains +500 health, +25% faster spell recharge, and grants fear and terror resistance to ally units starting at rank five;
    • Wizard Blast recharge time increased to 45s (from 30s).
    • Shield Bubble:
      • now gained at rank 3 (+300% defense for 2.5s, 60s recharge);
      • duration increased to 4 seconds (from 2,5 seconds);
    • Lightning Sword:
      • weapon now has splash damage (radius 15);
      • recharge time reduced to 180s (from 240s).
    • Shadowfax now available at level four (from level five).
    • Istari Light:
      • 200% scalar vs. the mounted Mordor Witch-king removed;
      • scalar vs. Drogoth altered to 80% (from 200%);
      • now has a 300% damage scalar vs. non-aerial Nazgul units;
      • 115% damage scalar vs. other non-aerial heroes added;
      • recharge time increased to 150s (from 120s).
    • Word of Power damage increased to 2000 (from 500).
