    • arrow tower gained at level three (from level two), preventing the Steading from leveling up for free from kills.

    • cost decreased to 400 (from 500);
    • health reduced to 2500 (from 3000);
    • now has only one garrisonable slot (from two);
    • no longer improperly kill garrisoned units when destroyed;
    • Fire Arrows cost decreased to 200 (from 500).

    • buildtime increased to 30s (from 15s);
    • structure no longer invulnerable to certain radius attacks (eg. Carnage);
    • warg spawn replace delay 12s (from 10s);
    • Sentry Wargs:

      • damage decreased to 250 (from 600);
      • can no longer be buffed or debuffed;
      • bounty value removed;
      • can no longer attack structures.

    • gate upgrade cost decreased to 300 (from 500);
    • postern gate upgrade cost 500 (from 300);
    • siege resistance decreased to 200% (from 100%);
    • frost resistance increased to 1% (from 10%).

    • effective radius reduced to 750 (from 1500);
    • siege resistance reduced to 120% (from 100%);
    • Fortress upgrade time altered. Upgrades <1000 cost now require 15s to research. Superweapons now require 45s to research. Was 30s for all.
    • Murder of Crows shroud clearing bonus reduced to +120% (from +160%).
    • Burning Forges:
      • cost increased to 1000 (from 500);
      • upgrade cost reduction bonus increased to 33%/41%/49%/58%/66% (from 10%/20%/25%/30%/35%).
    • Excavations:
      • cost reduced to 600 (from 1000);
      • cost reduction increased to -17%/-21%/-25%/-29%/-33% (from -10%/-20%/-25%/-30%/-35%);
      • now affects Isengard Fortresses.
    • Iron Plating:
      • armor bonus reduced to +66% (from +100%);
      • cost reduced to 1500 (from 2000).
    • Wizard Tower:
      • cost reduced to 1000 (from 2500);
      • weapon speed increased to 1500 feet/second (from 900 feet/second);
      • recharge time increased to 360s (from 300s).
    • Arrow Tower fortress expansion:
      • cost reduced to 400 (from 500);
      • health reduced to 1000 (from 1500).
    • Ballista fortress expansion:
      • cost decreased to 500 (from 1200);
      • health increased to 1500 (from 1000);
      • Fortress Ballista:
        • now deals 20 extra damage to directly hit enemy;
        • hero ranged resistance 4% (from 10%).
    • Mine Launcher fortress expansion:
      • cost decreased to 600 (from 1500);
      • now fires six additional mines at greater ranges;
      • delay between shots decreased to 3000 (from 6000);
      • firing duration decreased to 2000 (from 3000);
      • now has a 5% damage scalar vs. structures.
