  • Black Riders:
    • build time increased to 60s (from 40s);
    • CP requirement reduced to 120 (from 150);
    • crush damage increased to 150 (from 80);
    • flame armor reduced to 80% (from 40%);
    • logical fire armor reduced to 100% (from 50%);
    • frost armor increased to 1% (from 40%);
    • locomotor bug fixed; should now better stay together as a horde;
    • now properly counted for the "Nazguls Killed" CaH award.
    • Morgul Blade:
      • base damage increased to 100 (from 80);
      • now does 200% damage against heroes;
      • dead victims now correctly rise as Wights; non-Hero units become Lesser Wights; hero units become Greater Wights; duration timer 90s;
      • recharge time increased to 60s (from 45s).
    • Screech now available at level 7 (from level 10).

  • Gothmog:
    • fixed friendly fire bug, no longer damages allied units;
    • fixed damage bug, damage reduced to 200 (from 300);
    • splash radius from standard attack increased to 12 (from 10);
    • non-Carnage attack range decreased to 11.5 (from 20);
    • Carnage:
      • damage bonus increased to +200% (from +100%);
      • now does 70% damage against structures;
      • now uses a blood red FX (rather than the Lurtz FX);
      • now available at level two (from level four).
    • Iron Hand now available at level 4 (from level 2);
    • Leadership moved to level 5 (from level 6).

  • Mouth of Sauron:
    • health reduced to 3000 (from 5000);
    • now has splash damage in radius 10;
    • dismounted speed corrected to 55 (from 50);
    • now uses tough hero armor when dismounted (from standard hero armor);
    • now uses new resilient hero armor when mounted (rather than mounted hero armor); altered values are resilient hero armor (mounted hero armor): default 25% (50%), specialist 60% (100%), flame/frost 30% (40%), magic 40% (50%), structural 50% (80%);
    • mounted min crush velocity 65% (from 50%);
    • mounted aim direction improved to make attack more realistic;
    • Evil Eye:
      • now available at level seven (from level ten);
      • 200% scalar vs. the mounted Mordor Witch-king removed;
      • scalar vs. Drogoth altered to 80% (from 200%);
      • 300% damage scalar vs. non-flying Nazgul units added;
      • 115% damage scalar vs. other non-aerial heroes added;
      • recharge time increased to 150s (from 60s).
    • Dissent:
      • now available at level ten (from level six);
      • radius increased to 150 (from 100);
      • recharge increased to 240s (from 120s);
      • no longer affects mini hero hordes or Oathbreakers.

  • Khamul/Morgomir:
    • mounted magic resistance 160% (from 200%);
    • dismounted locomotor fixed, now far easier to control;
    • dismounted respawn fixed (now respawn mounted for full cost);
    • dismounted armorset now based on normal hero armor, but takes double damage from flame and logical fire and is near immune to frost (from standard tough hero armor);
    • dismounted healing increased to 45 health/second (from 30/second);
    • mounted healing reduced to 45 health/second (from 60/second);
    • no longer damaged by logical fires when mounted;
    • enemy units can now properly be afraid of and point at the mounted Fellbeasts;
    • mounted attack vs. BattleWagons fixed; now properly kills BattleWagons in one hit;
    • Morgul Blade:
      • base damage increased to 100 (from 80);
      • 200% scalar vs. heroes added;
      • dead victims now correctly rise as Wights; non-Hero units become Lesser Wights; hero units become Greater Wights; duration timer 90s;
      • recharge time increased to 60s (from 45s).

  • Witch-King:
    • health reduced to 6000 (from 8000);
    • takes 12.5% less damage than before when mounted;
    • mounted pierce resistance reduced to 30% (from 25%);
    • flying armorset damage scalar increased to 75% (from 100%);
    • dismounted heal rate corrected to 45 health/second (from 20/second);
    • dismounted armor set changed to normal hero armor (from flying Witch-king Armor) but with double weakness to flame and logical fire and near immunity to frost;
    • 10% damage scalar vs. Eowyn removed;
    • no longer damaged by logical fires when mounted;
    • no longer retains Fellbeast vision and shroud clearing when dismounted;
    • mounted attack vs. BattleWagons fixed; now properly kills BattleWagons in one hit;
    • Dread Visage dismounted effect radius increased to 200 (from 100).
    • Screech:
      • now works correctly when dismounted;
      • now has appropriate FX effect when dismounted.
    • Hour of the Witch-King:
      • now available at level eight (from level ten);
      • now has a new FX effect (flaming sword);
      • range increased to 300 (from 150);
      • now has an area of effect (radius 150); all heroes within its radius have their special ability timers reset;
      • units within radius 350 of the Witch-king are stunned by terror for 15s;
      • recharge time reduced to 180s (from 300s).
    • Fellbeasts:
      • now are tier 5, which means:
        • Command Points increased to 80 (from 70);
        • build time increased to 80s (from 70s);
        • respawn time increased to 200s (from 175s);
        • now need/grant the appropriate amount of experience as tier 5 heroes).
