Good old Isengard mirror here, variation in strategies in early, mid and late game. Goes on for around 35 mins, not too long, very entertaining, loads of action (cams spam is insane).
GG WP mate

You both should really use A-move with ur archers, I see them getting way too close to enemy units when you right click-attack with them. You also have a chance of killing crows then cause of auto targeting. And why no axethrowers at all and WHY no fuel the fires?! It should always be the PP path you take first.

When I don't play for several days I get really slow believe it or not ;/. Taking nothing away from you though luke mate, wp man.

MauHur, I know the PP path which needs to be taken and I normally do take the one you mentioned but there is no 'static' PP path in any game, you adapt to the game given to you. I also mentioned it in-game about my xbows, I kept saying wtf even though I was pressing a/s/ and controlling them, honestly weren't listening.

No, If I'm vs a gob player with darkness I'd prefer to debuff his goblins because no matter how big my economy is my units will lose fast without upgrades resulting in loss of map control and command points.

I got freezing rain to stop lurts constant buff - I played very lazy and not something I would call 'the norm' and I didn't realise he had lurts until he was level 4/5 (fail).

I lost the game because I didn't get wrags fast enough (too many shit wrag packs) awful micro by me, again I need to spam for a day to regain game speed.

You don't just magically lose your speed after 2-3 days mate, that's like Ronaldo having a bad game and being like 'yeah I didn't play yesterday'. wink.gif

Anyway, I agree with cam, with an Isengard mirror you already know both economies are going to be strong when you get to the 15pp point in the game. Chances are both of you have at least one of devastation or Industry. Fuel the fires is unreal for your economy, but for me anyway there is a maximum amount of stuff I can do and control at once, my economy was pretty good all game, I was constantly pumping out troops and got every hero and fort upgrade I wanted, next step would have been upgrades on troops but I never really got round to it. You're right I could have if I got FTF, but you can argue an army killer (watcher) or constant debuff (rain) is just as important.

Take it how you want too mate but it happens to me, takes me a couple of games to get my form back tongue.gif. People are different, I have to keep playing to maintain my speed, I can feel the difference when I don't play consistently.

Yeah I guess I know what you mean. I didn't play for over a year until last week and I almost cried at how slow I was! Better now, still don't know half the strats.

gg!

Luke's upper hand in the early stages definitely pays off as he is able to get lurtz's leadership (he got to lvl 9 or even 10?) whereas Cam didn't (couldn't) get heroes. Saving that money, Cam goes into ultra insane unit mode, fills the map with furnaces in an unlikely timespan, and gets the game to a position where it's wide open again.

btw: Luke could've used sharku to convert Cam's warg riders, right? (he didn't)
