I did found it an intersting game , that bw play completly destroyed my isen dinamyc wich was getting the game to later rounds so i wouldnt use wildmen in a large map , BAD IDEIA , i didnt had a way to get to ur bws, frustating af . wp
I thought that vs a cav spammer you have to harass his farm with pikes. he can't defend them and expand tour economy w8ing for watcher.
Generally speaking, yeah. Unless he's got a battalion or two of archers or swordsmen lying about at his base. Still, spamming cheap spearmen to infiltrate the enemy's base from multiple sides is a pretty good way to get back at them for spamming cavalry.

To fast-forward, it's control + ">" or ".". One of the two; I can't exactly remember.
