Not really. These guys are awesome, they might be weak on closed map such as buckland. However, if you see how cam or asba play with them you will see their true power. For example they do not wait and counter enemy units, instead they do make their enemy busy until they make larger army with rc. Another way is they go with their mates side and push with them, in this case his enemy has to help his mate which will cost him time. I love dwarves they are so powerful, I just wanted their heroes to be more more tanky and more health to hold a bit against spam.

I think you misunderstood my post. What I tried to say was: if you buff Dwarves in 2v2, you'd almost certainly be making their already good MUs vs Angmar and Men in 1v1 even better.
Furthermore, I can add this to the topic: There are two crucial problems with balancing Dwarves: a) They don't get hobbits on most 2v2 maps b) Men, Ang and Mordor have no nullifiers (and not enough archer firepower) making the banner BW + RC combo too strong.

yes I completely understood u, the more u buff them against the factions they are weak against, the more they get stronger vs the ones they are strong against like angmar. I think mordor and men can hold on but angmar has lowest chance at start.
