Not sure how effective Warg packs are here and if Isen would do better with uruk pit but with good wolf patroling Isen can hardly ever move out.

can Isengard's wargs be upgreaded? i think no so they still remain too weak... and spam of isengard's warg cost too much imo...

The cost is ok but I agree, they are still a liiiitlle bit too weak which surprises me since they have howl.
