Can some one explain me how ik can watch the replays ? When I press the button of "How to play replays" it only says that you have to own the game... which I do. There is no further help …

You have to search for %appdata% (percentage signs included) in your start menu. (or you can press Windows key + R and type it in the box)
You should be able to find a "my rise of the witch king files" folder there, with a "Replays" folder inside.

I always said that siege generally should alrdy be pretty good vs.buildings unupgraded and the upgrade should have more of an anti army purpose than anything else.

Agreed. You don't buy siege unless you have the intention of upgrading them right away. In fact, most people purchase the upgrade prior to building their first siege weapon. Their un-upgraded state seems pointless.
