Well well well let me say something ( although haven't watched replay yet)
Mordor vs. Elf
I played this MU with my friend a lots of times, I'm pretty good at Mordor but there was one tactic my friend used, which I was not able to stand.
As mentioned, Tree -- Tree - Green Pesture
He used lancer spam, and by lancer spam i really mean spam just like orc, no baracks or lorien warrior, full lancers from start, which orcs cant stand, even massive orcs cant, becuase by the time you have massive orc. He destroyed creeps, took treasures and he has 3-4 lancers and you stand no chance, he rally and trample every orc to shit, after that he rush orc pit and you're quite over.
Although I'm not very good at this, I found 2 options. 1) MoS asap. SH - SH - SH - SH - MoS , MoS in defense kills a lancer in 1 hit nyways, even with rally call. but the tactic is not very good, especially when elf go baracks its gonna be very hard, though if you're fast you have good eco in start + MoS to keep off horse. 2) Tactic which nevetsbythyname uses if I'm right. easterlings + 2 OW to rush pesture. YES EASTERLINGS lethal! elf will be earlier to rush your eco but can't do much of that rush with easterlings.
well that are my 2 options but i'm guessing there are better ones... never been sure how to play vs a lancer freak.
And Steve, if you're mordor I advise to start with eye PP: eye - land - industry and go down rocks and the 25, not sure how they're called
It would be good idea to spy with eye. If your elf opponent makes baracks, your chances increase, as elf inf can't stand orc spam, by the time he has mirks you have catas. catas indeed are very important soon in the game steve, bt make sure you can spam orc fast! 3 pits preferably
I played a game vs LordNevets not too long ago, he was Elves and I Mordor...I was owned but yea I'll just tell what happened.

I had my first batt of Easterlings out just as his Lancers were coming in. I think I lost 1 SH, and his Lancers would just run away from my pikes. I went for Orc Pit, so I had archers and easterlings, but I carelessly lost the archers. xP
So the battle was mostly in my base. I only managed to take down like 2 trees.
I got Haradrim Lancers and Gothmog eventually but it wasn't enough and Gothmog was owned.
I just couldn't get a solid army so all my attacks were limited to a few batts of Orcs and easterlings. I think with elves you need to send some orcs, whatever out to harass and distract.
elf will be earlier to rush your eco but can't do much of that rush with easterlings.
