Starting positions:
Isengard/batboy267 - West
Elves/GoldCrushStash - East

Overview:

Not really a good game, lots of mistakes, but not with long periods of silence. There was a fair share of action in this game, good harassment from batboy's side with Warg Riders. GoldCrushStash was nearly always on the defense, although he made a move at the last, which failed unfortunately for him. After that, he left. This replay shows good use of Warg Riders, destroying a lot of Trees and also decent use of Haldir.

Isengard/batboy267

Not a bad game from you, you did make a few mistakes, but your early game pressure was good, you destroyed a lot of Trees with your Warg Riders, which kept him contained in his base. However, you started to slack in your pressure later on, which allowed him to recover and get an army. You started to build Walls, something you shouldn't do as they aren't that strong and take long to set up. Also, you didn't use stances very much. Aggressive should be used when you are attacking a building, flanking, trampling or when your units have two stacking buffs on them. Defensive should be used when your units have one buff on them, are facing enemy units in melee mode, have stopped trampling, are under fire or are travelling over the map (this doesn't count for cavalry, they will slow down).
    Tips for improvement
  • Use stances, for more information read this Stances/Formations Guide.
  • Always apply pressure, never slack in doing this as you will let him recover and expand.
  • Don't build Walls, they aren't that durable and they take a long time to set up.
  • Use Lurtz to Cripple Haldir and if he has Carnage, use it.

GoldCrushStash

You didn't play very good, you made a lot of mistakes, which cost you the game ultimately, although you weren't dead by far when you left. You should always build your Trees at 97%, this way they will produce maximum resources and they won't take up as much space as 100%. You should have grabbed the outposts or at least destroyed them if you couldn't hold them. Outposts are worth a lot, producing 60 resources per cycle. Also, you should have gone for Mirkwood Archers instead of so many Loriens, they are much more powerful and they own almost every unit Isen has, sometimes even Warg Riders.
    Tips for improvement
  • Use clumping, for more information read this Clumping guide.
  • Use stances more, they are highly important. For more information, read this Stances/Formations Guide.
  • Build your Trees at 97%.
  • Go for the outposts, if you can't hold them, destroy them.
  • Go for Mirkwood Archers instead of so many Lorien Archers, they are really powerful.

Overall Rating: 3
