Starting positions: thoon (Men)- West BSL|Bruno (Isengard) - East Overview
Pretty average to below average game here. Thoon hadn’t played in over 4 months so hisd micro was quite a bit off and I’m assuming he had never played on this patch over and I’m not sure he plans on playing it again. Isengard player more or less controlled the game doing as he pleased, although his micro was not perfect either and neither was his power point usage.
thoon
Played a below average game. Micro wasn’t very good, you have to remember to use aggressive stance when running troops across the field as they move faster. Also remember to ALWAYS use block formation. Gondor Soldiers cant 1v1 Uruks, but if you put them in defensive and block formation they can act as a deterrent and last longer. Also Faramir and Theoden (most Faramir) are almost useless in this patch, your better off sticking with Boromir and his horn. The tower in the middle was a good idea although a bit campish. You did not harass as much in the game with Rohirram as your could of. Also you had quite a bit of cash floating. TowerGuards, aren’t really worth getting either, better off getting Rohan Pikeman
Tips for improvement • Careful of some cashfloating • Important to get Boromir • Better usage of your stances • Most other Men heroes are useless getting especially Faramir
| BSL|Bruno
You played a fairly average game as well. More or less you dominated him through out the game. You out expanded him, out microed him etc. Imo against a slower faction like Men your better off wit a faster strategy like the Warg Pack Rush, or the Wildmen Rush so you can cripple his economy. You used Lurtz fairly well and harassed and destroyed structures nicely with your Warg Riders. Also getting some CrossBows to back up yoiur uruks would not have been a bad idea either One of the BIGGEST mistakes you made was not getting industry. Industry is hands down the most important spell in the entire game, something that cant be missed out on. I’m not sure if it was a slip or not, because you instead got the worthless Tree demolishing spell. Also you used Watcher poorly, although I think it was more for entertainment.
Tips for improvement • Try a different ruish aganst men, either the Wildmen Rush or Warg Pack Rush will do • REMEMBER TO GET FURANCE NO MATTER WHAT • Isengard is a faction where its important to need to mix your units. Uruks+Crossbows work well together
Game Rating: 4

hehe yes, the game was over, had no better way to use it. i will go for industry now that i realize it is better in the long run rather than devastation. thoon still plays, he is recovering better, although nowadays when i get isen i do use wildmen, along with pikes, a combo he can't seem to beat.
