Okay, you need to focus on attacking. You can't sit in your base for half the game; you need to be constantly harassing. The moment a goblin horde is produced, send it off to the enemy's base. Try to expand a bit faster, and build a minimum of three goblin pits early on. Other than that, have a look at the goblin strategies forum for various build orders and strategies, as you really need to grasp them before moving to the next level.

I'm going to say this nicely: you probably did what is the worst possible strategy on this game. Camping, even with dwarves, is never a winning strategy and should be avoided at all costs. You need to look at Dwarves Strategies and learn some strategies before you can learn much more.
