Damn, the latest patch has comepletey killed my ability to watch a replay. I did watch the entire thing through and I was able to do so with my replay speed at -10. Something really needs to been done about this, my game performence has constantly been decreasing since they've been releasing patches. Now, it's at unplayable levels which is inexcusable.
Shame both players "exploited" the reclaim-factory-trick in the beginning
In war you use any means necessiry(spell?) to win.. Not doing your very best would be much more shameful than using an "exploit" which is used by all the top players..

Try uninstalling Supreme commander delete all remaining files even from the cache and install the full build tat has the patch.

i wouldnt say its shameful to reclaim the factories as at the moment everyones doing it, however i myself dont like it and think something should be done about it

Ya, it's something that is required to be competitive but doesn't add any fun to the game. However, I'm amazed to see no-one using a few t1 bombers to destroy the damaged factories in the early-game - it would really highlight the risk of doing the relaiming. I remember in the game RDon vs cauldr0n, RDon didn't reclaim when cauldr0n did, so RDon could have easily made a few t1 bombers from his plant (no enemy AA or interceptors for awhile yet...) and nailed those factories. He would have stopped the mantis spam and won much earlier.
