Good match imo.

Really shows how powerful transports can be. My first 2 transports pretty much gave me the map and came very close to winning the game.

This game also emphasizes the fact that the first player to tier 3 wins, no matter how damaged your economy is.

Even though this game was relatively short I think there are some key things that can be learned from it.

gg, even though I was pretty disappointed with the result.

Nice game! I sure wish medusas had some use....no pro player uses them I've seen unless they are on winters dual or something.

they SEEM to be good..

Maybe if the EMP lasted longer =o

also..WTB viable stealth/cloaking ness at the early game for cybran...Im watching the replay and Aeon seems like it could do exactly what you did but better...they have better bots for the transports post-13661-1143531603.gif I really hope they just dont buff the units of cybran in terms of straight dps/hp and such. I would LOVE to see some nifty stealth/cloaking upgrades that are viable so even the pros start being what the cybran should be about imo..suprise and sneakyness! =D

Aeon do have better bots but the transport gunships work best against aurora because aurora only have half the hitpoints of a Mantis therefor both flares and hunters kill one every volley. Transport gunships are only half effective against mantis and stryker.

It's really a shame how sometimes your opponent doesn't need any kind of map control in order to pwn you. Poita's eco. was almost 2x of Unconq.'s, and T3 bots make the ACU cry. Although maybe if P moved his cmdr away from the front line sooner he would've won, his better eco would have eventually outspamed the Harbingers. I really hate how t3 bots take away the fun from the game. Because of them players skip all the interesting stuff: Shields, Stelth gens., arty, tac. missiles, even t2 pd, nothing's gonna save you when those t3 bastards come marching in. 0wn3d.gif

Pretty much agree. T3 bots need a serious nerf to their HP, because they are very, very difficult to kill.

Yeah, seige bots are crazy good vs anything except t4 units. Cant count the number of times I had more map control or something and my opponent rolls out siege bots and either wins or prolongs the game another 5 minutes longer than it should have lasted.
