you can't see a mole when it's cloaked... you can see it's blip if you have radar, but it will just be a gray blip, even if it's standing in area uncovered by shroud.
and the fact you couldn't see his comm didn't even give a clue to omni, build 10 strat bombers and go for a final stand as funkoff gets busy sending his armies from 10,000 nations reigning upon you!

I'm pretty sure funkoff wouldnt let his enemy build an omni within range of his commander.
