So, I guess this shows how imbalanced the paused upgrade exploit is. Out would definately have won if Superior wasnt getting so much mass from those things.

Wait... so... how does this exploit work? It almost sounds like it "acts" like it's paused but still produces mass (without sucking energy)? Or the upgrade doesn't take as much mass? Is it really an "exploit"?

By pausing hte upgrade, the older forms of mex do not disappear.

Effectively, it allows you to have 3 mex on one mass point... all prducing mass.

I used this in a game after watching this replay and now I I feel completely bad about it ;_( I thought since it was being used here that it was something legitimate. now GPG is coming down on this.
