I think this is the first decent game where I saw that a player in a very bad situation can still win.

Good Match although gollum i do not know why you left your commander out there but green you could have put a tacticle missiles launcher on the hill near the commander and you could have won that way but nice work it shows you do not need to have a lot of mass points to win

It's never useless. For the largest part of your early game you were wasting about +20 mass constantly. That's 5 factories spamming mantii. If you'd had those factories up early on you could've quite easily won while RS_Gollum was trying to recover from your transport raids.



Yeah, I think it's kind of the same thing as when you're building. You have to tell the engineer to move into range before issuing the reclaim command. I'm not entirely sure what that range is but I think it's about the width of a factory. It's best just to practice it whenever you have the chance. I actually played SuperiorX just before you did and he also light bot rushed me. I managed to reclaim one of his flares, which helped greatly.
