sigh. cant believe this. im so upset. just goes to show that you should never assume you've won =\
and before i get torn apart. i know i should've scouted better, but once i had eshez surrounded with T3 i figured i had won. just stupid stuff on my part, once again...
yup. i learned alot from that painful loss. 1. nvr stop expanding economy. 2. take early chances to get the ACU, even if its a possible waste of units 3. scout more 4. always take some T2 engineers with you
All you needed to do was keep producing Harbingers. You stopped making them at one point and started making tier 3 artillery (God knows why, he had no point defenses at that time) and also you teched up a different factory and started making tier 2 units. Once at tier 3, just put everything on those Harbingers. Stop producing other units. If those Harbingers aren't winning then invest in a larger economy so that you can afford more harbingers or maybe go for a tier 3 bomber assassination.
The tact missiles were nice but you need Harbs to support them.
just watched it and can't beleive basic lost that one. why oh why did you stop producing harbingers? also, you had air superiority, even a few t1 bombers could have taken out some engis and power/forcing him to invest in aa and therefore slowing his harbinger production. one of the best starts on open palms i've seen so far, if you would have kept pressing, you'd have easily won it.
Suddenly, 3243289 harbringers MLs and whatever all over me.
Worth a watch I'd say
