I was driven crazy when Loui dropped a bunch of engineers for the TML snipe, so here's what I suggest:
1. Load a T2 mobile stealth generator into one of the transports. They take up a lot of room that you could have extra engineers in, but it will save you a world of hurt if he doesn't spot it. Your transports were on radar for a long time as they were making the drop, and you got lucky that Unconq didn't spot them before you got the stationary stealth generator up.
2. Only build one missile in each TML. Ordering them to auto build is a waste of resources. Missiles aren't all that cheap, you may as well save the resources for something else in case your snipe fails.
3. Build a T1 radar next to your TML's. They have a slightly smaller range than the TML's firing range, so once you spot his commander, you won't lose him before you fire.
4. This is very important, and I've discovered this through many failed TML snipes: don't fly ANY air units near your stealth base. All they will do is lure his interceptors close to you and reveal your buildings. This is actually how he found yours. Unconq had a small group of interceptors just south of your TML's, and when you flew some units over his base, they took off and brought your TML's into range. What's best to do, is when you last missile is almost completed, take an air scout and fly him into the enemy base from the opposite side of your TML's, but don't order him to fly over the base, just order him to land in the middle of it. Once he gets visual on the commander, your T1 radar will keep him on the strategic view, and because he landed in the middle of the base, it won't lure any interceptors to your drop site. Flying one scout in is also a lot less conspicuous than flying your entire interceptor fleet over his base for no apparent reason. You did this once or twice, I'm assuming to get visual on his commander, but it's kind of a giveaway when you're scouting over heavy AA with interceptors for no apparent reason.
5. One of your TML's got destroyed. Instead of building a new somewhere else, you should have built a new one directly on top of the dead one. It will start at 50% completed and you will save a lot of resources. This will help you get your missiles up faster.
Pretty nice game. Unconq was clearly the superior player, as far as tactics and econ and not wasting mass. But Unconq made a critical strategic mistake when he used all his resources to upgrade that factory to T3 without having much of anything to defend it. He was at a disadvantage from there, but managed to defend himself and keep pushing up enough Power and Massgens to support a huge final attack on the ACU. But he was probably kicking himself for forgetting to make a nuke defense there at the end.
A couple extra upgraded shields by Loui's ACU, a very cheap option at that point, probably would have stopped that final attack and allowed him to win the game.
I am wondering why people don't make Scathis? Takes a lot of power, but they would have been a lot more useful than a Soul Ripper at that point. Though a pack of Soul Rippers are great ACU assassins.
thats true RDon. My chance of winning the game was lost after that terribly aimed nuke of mine... actually i thought he had made a smd somewhere but i couldnt see it so i launched in a place a bit longer from his main eco... the biggest mistake in this game

You could have finished it a lot sooner and a lot more easily if you executed the TML snipe properly. I mean, you actually did manage to fire off two missiles, but Unconq spotted the TML's when the missiles were actually in the air, and moved his comm out of the way about 3 seconds before they hit where he was standing.
Failing at it didn't lose you the game, but it probably made it a lot harder to keep up. Trying a TML snipe takes a lot of resources if you do it as soon as you can, but yours was actually later than I usually do it, so it didn't hurt your economy as much.
