Is it really worth getting the Recycler? A new factory and few engis will do... Recyclers are good land exp counters, but not effective nor efficient at boosting economy. I'd rather having a Hive or a real Reclaimer, or Necro...!
Perhaps the recycler should have 5 independent reclamation suites instead of just one, allowing it to reclaim 5 wreckages at a time? The reclamation rate will have to be lower for each one to balance out.
