What to do on markons in UEF mirror

My tech tree: Serious business

0. Pray your opponent isn't Aeon (courtesly of BigRedEngineer).
1. Pick a water side (I choose to take the furthest side) and build naval fact + 1 cruiser.
2. Scout with cruiser, see if he's building naval yard on your or other side. If on your side > sub spam. If not then pound his base away with cruisers.
3. He probably has a factory on the other side and is shelling your base, retreat to safe island and take over his base (ctrl-k your own).
4. Secure your patch of water with 2-3 subs and 3 cruisers. This will cover air threats, bombard his expansions and make sure he doesn't start spamming naval in your own waters. If you see him spamming land get battleships to secure land bridge.
5. Tech up, get like 3-4 RS up. (Important)
6. Either air spam or LRA, your choice. (If opponent isn't building air then take LRA, cruiser AA is a bitch, but AC 1000 can handle them, also remember that mex/RS AA can help out a lot).
7. Pick your end game structure/unit. (Nukes/moar arty spam)
8. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP: Hope he doesn't do the same as otherwise you're fucked (and he is too). 1st one to shell the other one with arty/nukes/AC 1K's wins.

Remember: don't get battleships unless you need to shell a base. Battleships from one side of the bridge can't shoot units on the other side of the bridge. They also can't reach the initial 4 mex start points.

TL;DR: Markons sucks balls for UEF because of that goddamn bridge blocking your navy.

I think you forgot a step.
