If you ever wanted to see what happens when a Telelaser Commander teleports into a lake with 2 Seri T4 Bombers and a UEF T4 Sub parked there, this is the replay for you. This happens at 44 minutes. Watch from Nammi's perspective as his partner uses the eye to scout. He doesn't know 2 bombers are parked just out of view. My team has lost 2 players. One gave and quit and the other gave and died.

If you are planning on teleporting your commander into a base, be sure to scout a large area around the site for hard hitting units that could respond quickly.
