Why was the nuke that was aimed at his main defeated by shields ?

I want to know this too.

I can't help LOLing at the cheeky little teleport. It caused all sorts of hell due to collateral friendly fire.

This is the first time I've ever seen an SCU in any replay post-FA, let alone a Seraphim one.

That is meant to happen. FA using simulation is one of the FA fans' greatest bragging points! It is not a bug.

A nuke would go through an aircraft imo.
Especially a nuke like a Yollana Oss's nuke

It probably would go through the plane, but the problem is that the nuke detonates on impact. A plane travelling a God-knows-what-speed is easily enough to set it off.

No bug.

btw, why didn't you just go for standard SML with teleport to kill the SMD? Would have won it much quicker.

You see Poita_ it had to be done in style.

Also it was revenge - the last time I played him on this map he used 2 god damn Mavors against me + Dukes etc so this was a matter or pride smile.gif

But it was fun a when I saw the mavor again my heart started pounding.
I never even realized his fatboy would own his base - that was a bonus laugh.gif

Also though, with the power of a Yollana Oss wouldnt the blast cloud - air presure etc still own whatever is below it and blow 90% of the aircraft out the air.
Also if I had build a SML he had 2 SMD so it would have been stopped if only for awhile biggrin.gif

Kinda boring game for the most part.

Both players really make no attempt to attack until t4. HH could have proberly won if he had sent some shields with his Ythotha's.

Teleport killing the mavor was a stroke of genius that was the high point of this game. Other than that BM just sat there and made no effort to attack HH.

HH on the other hand had all the time in the world to do whatever he wanted with no threat from BM and it still took him an hour to win. Don't know wtf those Ahwassa was all about those units are dreadful. 5 Ythothas would have been money better spent and would proberly have won it alot easier. t3 Shield + Ythotha spam is extremely difficult to stop as UEF and Moose didn't have that many defences anyway he was barely able to stop you with just Ythothas nevermind the shields.

Yeah, good question...

And why was the (i think) second nuke not intercepted by his forward SMD, which did hold a prepared missile?? bug?

Teleporting (and returning) the SCU was impressive *style point granted*

But i have no *wub* for this, because its quite boring... (except of the telefrag action)...

P.S. I forgot to moan about BM not building mass kennels instead of mass t3 engies... VeryFunny.gif
