Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance

A relatively fast T2 land with Cybran seems to be quite good tactic because Hoplites and Deceivers can give some serious pain to T1 units. It has become more popular after the GR.org money tournament since mephistophile_ua showed how it should be done.

This time fast T2 is done with Sera.
